Traditionally, the ideal figure for a woman follows the shape of the number eight—similar proportions along the upper and lower parts of the body, cinched in the middle by a tiny waist. Although many women already are fairly proportioned along their upper and lower bodies, it is the waist that is the problem. A repeated giggle can cause one’s diaphragm and abdominals to rapidly contract and relax, giving the same effect as some exercise moves.
