Who Is This Chick?
Well you know her name, but need to know a little bit more about her. This is actually the wife of world renowned fitness guru Vince Del Monte. Vince is the creator of several programs such as No Nonsense Muscle Building and The Six Pack Quest, they were and still are hugely popular in the mail muscle building and physique fitness world.
Well Flavia married this guy. To be honest when you see these pair stood next to each other it does make me a bit jealous. I mean they both have incredible physics, they’re both good looking and they both have the physical fitness world begging at their feet.

Does Flavia Know What She’s Talking about?
You’ve got to be kidding me, right?! Just go and take a look at this lass! She has an incredible physique and it’s one of those figures that looks strong yet feminine, toned yet slender. Imagine the figure of a really tasteful fitness model and that’s exactly what she’s like.
If you visit her blog you can see that she really knows her stuff and has a vast knowledge of not only fitness and workouts but also of sensible dieting and nutrition.
Whats in The Full Body Licious Course?
Obviously I cannot reveal everything that is in this course, if I were to put up a few videos revealing the inside information Flavia would be hot on my tail with a lawsuit!
However I can tell you that this is a five day workout program designed to improve muscle definition and rapidly burn fat for females. This is quite an intense course for those looking to raise the bar with a fitness, physique and appearance. It’s not for the fainthearted, so if ya feel like you’re not really ready to make a change, and I don’t recommend you buy this course.
Now although I said this is a five day program, that doesn’t mean it is literally over in five days. What I mean is that you have to work out and follow workout videos five times per week. It is intensive, but you will see incredible results if you follow what’s being taught.
Luckily for you the videos are online, so this cuts down on the cost of this program. However I think there is an option to upgrade and purchase hard copy DVDs that are shipped to your door if you so wish. Personally I’d stick with online videos and keep the cost down.
What Are The 5 Videos? (sneak peek at the bottom!)
ONLINE VIDEO 1: TIGHT AND TRIM THIGHS – this video shows you how to attack your thighs, get the fat off them and firm them up.
ONLINE VIDEO 2: SHOW-OFF STOMACH – No need to hold your tummy and after this lot. Flatten your stomach and get those abs on show.
ONLINE VIDEO 3: BOOTY BOOSTER – No matter what shape your butt is right now, Flavia shows you how to get that upper curve to your rear. Wow!
ONLINE VIDEO 4: SLEEK & SHAPELY SHOULDERS – The goal of this video workout is to give you tight shoulders, so you look great in a tank top or off the shoulder number.
ONLINE VIDEO 5: BEAUTIFUL BACKSIDE – The focus here is on your back not your buttocks. Great for when you’re wearing a bikini or an open back dress.
As you can see from the videos above, they’re all designed to help those women look great every day or on special occasions in particular types of dresses or even bikinis. I think this is a great approach – it’s a woman’s approach to women’s body issues.
There are also a few bonuses such as some printable workout sheets, but everything you need is in those five videos.
Negatives!
My main concern of this product, is that your gonna have to keep it away from your husband or boyfriend – because if they see how good Flavia looks then they are gonna be drooling for days!
