Who Is This Chick?
Well you know her name, but need to know a little bit more about her. This is actually the wife of world renowned fitness guru Vince Del Monte. Vince is the creator of several programs such as No Nonsense Muscle Building and The Six Pack Quest, they were and still are hugely popular in the mail muscle building and physique fitness world.
Well Flavia married this guy. To be honest when you see these pair stood next to each other it does make me a bit jealous. I mean they both have incredible physics, they’re both good looking and they both have the physical fitness world begging at their feet.

Does Flavia Know What She’s Talking about?
You’ve got to be kidding me, right?! Just go and take a look at this lass! She has an incredible physique and it’s one of those figures that looks strong yet feminine, toned yet slender. Imagine the figure of a really tasteful fitness model and that’s exactly what she’s like.
If you visit her blog you can see that she really knows her stuff and has a vast knowledge of not only fitness and workouts but also of sensible dieting and nutrition.
Whats in The Full Body Licious Course?
Obviously I cannot reveal everything that is in this course, if I were to put up a few videos revealing the inside information Flavia would be hot on my tail with a lawsuit!
However I can tell you that this is a five day workout program designed to improve muscle definition and rapidly burn fat for females. This is quite an intense course for those looking to raise the bar with a fitness, physique and appearance. It’s not for the fainthearted, so if ya feel like you’re not really ready to make a change, and I don’t recommend you buy this course.
Now although I said this is a five day program, that doesn’t mean it is literally over in five days. What I mean is that you have to work out and follow workout videos five times per week. It is intensive, but you will see incredible results if you follow what’s being taught.
Luckily for you the videos are online, so this cuts down on the cost of this program. However I think there is an option to upgrade and purchase hard copy DVDs that are shipped to your door if you so wish. Personally I’d stick with online videos and keep the cost down.
What Are The 5 Videos? (sneak peek at the bottom!)
ONLINE VIDEO 1: TIGHT AND TRIM THIGHS – this video shows you how to attack your thighs, get the fat off them and firm them up.
ONLINE VIDEO 2: SHOW-OFF STOMACH – No need to hold your tummy and after this lot. Flatten your stomach and get those abs on show.
ONLINE VIDEO 3: BOOTY BOOSTER – No matter what shape your butt is right now, Flavia shows you how to get that upper curve to your rear. Wow!
ONLINE VIDEO 4: SLEEK & SHAPELY SHOULDERS – The goal of this video workout is to give you tight shoulders, so you look great in a tank top or off the shoulder number.
ONLINE VIDEO 5: BEAUTIFUL BACKSIDE – The focus here is on your back not your buttocks. Great for when you’re wearing a bikini or an open back dress.
As you can see from the videos above, they’re all designed to help those women look great every day or on special occasions in particular types of dresses or even bikinis. I think this is a great approach – it’s a woman’s approach to women’s body issues.
There are also a few bonuses such as some printable workout sheets, but everything you need is in those five videos.
Negatives!
My main concern of this product, is that your gonna have to keep it away from your husband or boyfriend – because if they see how good Flavia looks then they are gonna be drooling for days!

Legs and Glutes Workout
This video tutorial is from Lyen Wong, a famous fitness competitor and personal trainer. As you can see, she has a well-formed-muscled body. Most women do not know that girls can actually develop those kinds of muscles. If you want that type of body or just a closer form, then you should practice those routines and read on.
In the first routine, you can see her doing a squat barbell exercise. When you are just a beginner, try lifting the lightest weight first. Your legs are the focus of this exercise. Start slowly until you can bend perfectly without getting uneasy. Watch your legs too. Stand with legs apart so you can support your weight. When it was my first time to the gym, i did this with a stick. Try it yourself until you can lift the heaviest barbell available.
Second routine is the straight or stiff leg dead lifts. This exercise tones your glutes. Again, make sure you can support the weight so start off with the lightest barbell. You can actually use a dumbbell in all of the exercises shown in the video. Try using a stick too like what i suggested for the first routine. It will prepare your muscles for the big weights.
Last routine is the leg curl. Personally, i find this routine hard. The first time I did this, I had leg cramps the whole week. It’s that hard for me! So you should be careful in doing this. Don’t strain yourself. Don’t push yourself too hard. Do what you can do and do it slowly. If you can only do 30 rounds, then stop. Your trainer will understand you. We’ve been there too.
Remember to consult your trainer first before doing these exercises. Make sure he/she knows what you are capable of. This way, your routines will be much easier to accomplish.

Womens Bicep Workout
This exercise video tutorial focuses on building our biceps. Most of us women, we got problems regarding our fat arms. It’s really embarrassing when we wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts and our arms seem to bulge. But worry no more; we can now make those fatty arms into sexy ones.
As you can see, Grace is using a kinetic band again. This time she’s using a basic resistance band which can be used as an upper kinetic band. She wrapped the band around a punching bag and started to do some pulls. You can do that at home with a concrete post or maybe even at your backyard with your old oak tree. Remember to start off slowly and with minimum resistance. Don’t stress yourself out. This is not a contest, dear and we don’t want anyone to have broken arms. So be patient and work yourself out. You can try with a narrower concrete post and work yourself out into a wider one eventually.
You can totally feel your muscles while doing this routine. I tried this one and it’s not really that hard to do. Now I have firmer arms, better than those sagging ones. A little more of these exercises and I could flaunt my arms anytime, anywhere. I can soon wear tank tops, spaghetti straps and cute sleeveless tops. My husband just loves touching my arms even now. Soon, he wouldn’t say “cute” anymore instead he would say “sexy”. Don’t you want that for yourself?
If you want to feel what I’m feeling right now, try the featured exercises. It’s really easy and you can even do this at home. You can use your own resistance bands. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it online and see for yourself.

Best Gym Workout for Women
This exercise video tutorial is a little bit disturbing. So for all the girls (and guys) out there, focus on the exercise. I know it’s kind of hard not noticing her outfit, that is twice smaller than her usual size, but you’ll get through it.
This video tutorial features the Kinetic Band. The Kinetic Bands engage your core muscles during exercises, thus enhances your workout. My husband bought one and i was so excited to use it. In this tutorial, you can see it is attached in her upper legs. Although it’s attached there, it can actually help build muscles in the abdominal area. I have used it for a couple of weeks now and it does work. My waist has become firmer.
You can actually do the featured exercises with or without the Kinetic Band. But I think everyone should have a chance to experience it. My husband purchased it online but a friend told me it’s available in some department stores. So go and grab yours now!
You can try doing all the exercises shown in the video. But remember to start slowly and don’t push yourself if you can’t do it. We don’t want anyone to get hurt. My favorite part in this video is where she danced. I love dancing. Before doing my exercise routine, I usually put on some nice music and dance my heart out. It’s a nice cardio work out and you can choose whatever move you want. It’s a unique routine and you get to enjoy the music. You can watch music videos while dancing if you like or just simply feel the music in your soul. I think that’s the best gym workout for women and men alike. But please, be careful and avoid closing your eyes, you may stumble and break something.
Remember to wear appropriate clothes, one that you are comfortable with.

Workouts for Women, Lower Body
I am in the mood to prepare my body for the upcoming summer. Who doesn’t want a firm and sexy body to flaunt on the beach? I tried doing this exercise on our living room. My husband is totally supportive on my “working out, getting fit and building awesome muscles” program.
This exercise video tutorial is about building the lower part of the body. It focuses on our lower body muscles such as the gluts (buttocks) and it also helps build the abs. The tutorial starts off with a circuit exercise. You put your other foot forward, the other one backward and you start bending your whole body down. Remember that you should maintain an upright position and that your front heel is the one carrying your weight. It’s not that hard to perform really. Do it slowly and don’t overdo yourself or you’ll end up in a hospital. Some people can have a hard time doing this especially when they are a bit overweight. They tend to lose their balance so guys, be careful.
The second exercise featured focuses on the shoulder bridge. Relax and lay down with your legs bended. It’s a simple one and a favourite of mine since i can totally feel my abs and gluts doing its work. You have to put pressure on your heels as you raise your buttocks. Remember, inhale to hold and exhale to release. Again, you can start off slowly so as not to injure yourself.
The last exercise shown was hard for me. It’s called the Heel Squeeze Prone. You have to relax and lay down with your stomach touching the floor. You have to bend your knees in a 90 degree angle, squeeze your heels together while your toes are pointing downwards to the floor. You squeeze your buttocks, lift your legs up and hold on for a second. Remember, inhale to hold and exhale to release.
Try it now! You can actually do this with your hubby at home and get your bodies prep for the upcoming summer.
